The view from it is just amazing though when we went it was cloudy and hence we could not get the full view of the Dhauladhar range. The structure is quite retro and nice but I feel the maintenance of stadium is not done properly. The walls have cracks and the seats are not that great, it just looks dull tbh. Though the ground is superb and it would be a treat to watch a match here. Must visit place if youre in Dharamshala.

Its an amazing feeling to watching cricket match by sitting here, not just the stadium but the city also beautiful. I was fortunate that when I was visited in the city , for the first time I have watched an international cricket match between India and West Indies a day night match.
It was warmer weather at the day but it was pleasant weather at night. The match was won by India. I have till the good memories of that match. The location of the stadium is very good for reaching at the venue from any where from our country. It is one of the most picturesque cricket stadiums one can see. It is also reportedly the highest elevation at which an international cricket match has been played. It has the mountains of the Dhauladhar range in the backdrop.
Very much crowded and no social distancing at all. No one was wearing mask. The place is undoubtedly beautiful but not maintained at all. Disappointed to see such a beautiful place in a poor condition. Although its small in size, it is blessed with one of the best scenic beauty, surrounded by the mountains we can see them clearly while sitting in the stadium. It also has facilities like Gym, Indoor stadium, Practice area, Rooms. The stadium is one of the most visited tourist point from Himachal Pradesh.
Dharmshala stadium is going to host IPL in this year. Awesome view from the stadium you can see mountain with snow and this season is awesome.
The Stadium is so beautiful especially its location.. There may be rush during the afternoon so better to visit it early. Undoubtedly one of the best cricket grounds out there. While watching match you get an amazing view of Himalayas! One of the most beautiful stadium in India but still the chairs are broken and not clean at all. I hope they fix that after this pandemic thing is over.

Adding anonymous good moment in life is good. Coming down from mcleodganj and visiting here was an experience in itself. The entire Dhauladhar mountain range can be seen from here in all its glory amd enormity.
