The store gets little to no business and the employees are made to follow an up system, where we all would write our names in a list and whoever was up on the list would get to help the next customer who came in. There are 25 employees on the floor at one time, only 2 pwoplware alloqed to sell bedding qhich is what evwryone comes in fr and the other 25 are only allowed to sell furniture.

I worked here for 8 months and because I have a disability they were very mean and nasty. There is no training. Very hostile environment. I would not recommend this place. Cons Lack of management no holidays off. Haynes can be a great company to work for but management needs major improvement. The benefit with working in Haynes is that they encourage growth within the company but there choices in management is very questionable. Haynes doesn't invest their time in training these individuals and most of these managers never had managerial experience before arriving to Haynes. So most managers assigned to our Haynes stores are usually incapable of doing their jobs.
Was a driving contractor there for 6 yrs they switched delivery companies without telling workers This is a ok place to work. Cons No team work from coworkers and management. I see why this company has a high turnover rate. They need better marketing and they can also offer better training for new hires.
The things they talked in training was not relevant to we need know about putting the information into the systems. Even the trainer admitted that we need more hands on training.
